Pumpkin Patch

It is tradition that we go to the Maybe farm to pick out our pumpkins every year. The boys love it! They love ridding the tractor and helping pick up the pumpkins from the field to bring in. It was sad because this year it was so warm and a lot of the pumpkins had begun to rot. We also went later in the year than we usually do so the pickings were slim but we found some!

They ran so many times around the pumpkin patch that I think we figured it was around 2 miles.

Chicken Fried

This is my cute Easton singing Chicken Fried by the Zac Brown Band. My boys love this song! They call it Chicky Fried, and insist on listening to it all the time. By the way rocken roll ihop is a little place called One Man Band.

Gabe is 3!

Bubs is 3! I can't Believe it! It feels like yesterday that he was still a tiny little turkey. He is growing so fast. He is wearing Easton 4T clothes already! He is a solid kid. We love our little Bubba and his fun little personality. He is always getting into something and he loves to pester his brother. They do play well together sometimes but those times can be few and far between. He still isn't talking all that great. He is getting better but I think he is lazy with his words. He can say the sounds when we say our ABC's and when we work on the sounds they make but he just doesn't want to say it. He says yazy for lazy, he makes me laugh though. Zac says he is 3 going on 18 months, which isn't true. I just like to baby him. He is my baby, and he loves to snuggle and he gives such good little kisses. We did get rid of the bottle last week! YAY! Next is potty training. Soon, I will do it soon. It is just such a dang chore. I am dreading it. Here are some pics of his birthday. We had a party at our house on Saturday with Grandma Gaye, Maryanne (Zac's Aunt), her family and Hollie, Den and Delanie.

I know it is amazing that I posted! I can't believe it either. These are some of the pics of us over the summer. Easton graduated from preschool, played T-ball, he just started Karate and also started Kindergarten. I only have one pic of that but I have yet to download it. He wouldn't let me take anymore than one. The turkey. We moved to Lehi and Zac started a new job at Novell. Lots of changes in the last few months. I will try and be better about posting.

job

We got a job! It isn't the one we were hoping for. After 4 interviews at that one they decided not to hire because the hiring manager got promoted. Go figure. Anyway, Z got a job at a place called Encover. It is a software sales company in South Jordan. So yes we are moving. We are hoping to move to Draper but we will see. Our house is for sale. I am kinda sad to be leaving it. I love it. It has been a great house and we still have room to grow but we know that it is time for us to move on. It is time for us to go somewhere we can be settled so that our kids can hopfully stay in the same area for school. I hope our house sales sooner than later because I want Easton to be able to make some friends before he starts school. Well, we feel truely blessed to find a job so fast and we know that Heavenly Father has had a hand in it. Now if we can just get our house to sell. ;).

life

So no pics on this post, just my thoughts. Life has been really crazy. Our world has been turned upside down. We/they have decided to close the doors to Cache Title SLC. The last day was 3/31 and it was very bitter sweet. It has been a great experience for Zac and he has learned a lot, but we feel like it is time to move on and start a new chapter in our lives. Where that is, is still a mystery. I just hope it happens soon. We have put out a TON of resumes, along with all the other unemployed people out there. We have had a few interviews but we are hoping for one in perticular. We find out this week if Zac gets a second interview. We are keeping our fingers crossed that he gets the job. So as of right now we are in limbo until we find out where he gets a job. Limbo is hard. Not knowing what your life will be bring next week or next month. Where Easton will start Kindergarten. Whether we have to move, etc. I have to limit myself to thinking one day at a time or I start to get anxiety. I just have to trust that my Heavenly Father will take care us and that what is meant to be will be. I just pray that we are guided in the right direction. Anyway, we aren't limiting ourselves to Utah...I would love to move to St. George but the job market there isn't very hot. So time will tell. I will keep you posted.
